Job summary

Web Summit is seeking a Partnership Executive to join our Dublin office. You will identify and engage world-leading brands, develop opportunities to elevate their presence at our conferences, and manage multi-channel partnerships from outreach to close.

You will collaborate with the Sales VP and Growth team to execute go-to-market strategies, forecast revenue, and build strong relationships with executives across Fortune 500 and tech firms. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

Qualifications

Mandarin fluency is required and English proficiency is essential.
Minimum 3+ years in a fast-growth B2B sales environment, ideally tech or events.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
Experience with complex multi-channel sales and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Develop monthly and quarterly business plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and convert opportunities with top tech brands to partner at events.
Build relationships with Fortune 500 executives, scale-ups, CIOs, and marketing leaders.
Lead discovery and solutioning aligned with partner priorities.
Articulate value of Web Summit's diverse and technical audience.
Collaborate with Sales VP and Growth to implement GTM strategies.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing partnerships.
Contribute to Web Summit's global expansion strategy as part of a close-knit team.
