Job summary

&Open is seeking a Global Business Development Representative to join our expanding Sales team in Dublin. You’ll focus on outbounding, building an international pipeline, and accelerating engagement with prospective accounts in the SaaS space.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll collaborate with marketing and account executives to convert leads, manage the CRM, and help shape our approach to new markets. If you’re proactive and communicative, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales or business development experience in a tech or creative environment.
• Experience with outbound cold calling and emailing.
• Experience using Google Suite and Salesforce.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Outperform targets by building outbound pipeline and qualifying leads.
• Manage inbound/outbound leads and develop opportunities.
• Build and manage pipeline across multiple channels (email, phone, social).
• Oversee CRM accuracy and sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with marketing and account execs to close deals.
