Job summary

BMC Software is hiring a Business Development Representative for our Dublin, Ireland (or Madrid, Spain) Global Digital Center of Excellence. You will focus on developing quality pipelines and supporting the field sales organization to drive new revenue.

You will collaborate with the Field Sales Team, use digital sales tools to turn leads into qualified opportunities, and play a key role in expanding our pipeline with proactive outreach to target accounts.

Qualifications

• Business awareness and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent storytelling with demonstrated achievements.
• English at C1 and fluency in another language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to build a territory plan and reach out to customers to identify revenue opportunities.
• Turn inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities for field reps using digital tools.
• Contribute to pipeline growth and help close deals more efficiently and effectively.
• Identify target accounts and engage key decision makers with compelling outreach.
• Ensure enablement and trainings are part of the daily operating rhythm.
