Salesforce is seeking a proven Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Business Development Representatives in Dublin, reporting to the Sales development Director. You will guide a high-performing BDR team, drive forecasts, and align with marketing, enablement and operations to expand in new geographies and segments.

You will manage a diverse, multi-cultural team, coach performance, and help achieve ambitious quotas in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• SaaS/Technology Sales experience in a management role.
• Experience in developing a high-performance culture across teams.
• Coaching and managing team members to achieve performance goals.
• Consistent record of over-achievement of quota expectations in a sales role.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Fluency in English and German are required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain, motivate, and develop a client-facing BDR sales team.
• Manage day-to-day performance, recruitment and training.
• Forecast territory performance and revenues monthly.
• Oversee Marketing Initiatives, Enablement and Operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to plan new geographies, products and market segments.
• Drive sales development execution and ensure transparent forecasts.
• Acquire new logos and drive growth.
