• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Master Data Management and SAP.
• Fluent in English; French or Spanish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries related to products, projects, samples, pricing, documentation, and ensuring timely responses.
• Manage the project pipeline with Account Managers, updating status, progress, and timelines within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, Pricing, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain to enable efficient project execution.
• Coordinate complex interactions with internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Lead commercial data management, maintaining accurate master data in CRM and related systems.
• Prepare and support commercial documentation, including offers, quotations and tender materials.
• Maintain and update customer price lists and ensure accurate implementation in internal systems.
• Work with Customer Service to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives and support KAMs in improving processes and interactions.
• Support KAMs in organizing customer meetings, business reviews, and presentations.
