Job summary

KDM Hire Ireland, based in Dublin, is seeking an Internal Sales Administrator to support the K Cabin and broader sales teams. You will provide administrative assistance, manage enquiries, and help drive customer satisfaction.

You will handle quotations, arrange site visits, and keep CRM records up to date while collaborating with field sales and operations. A strong IT and admin background is essential, with experience in CRM/ERP advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong IT and administrative skills with CRM and ERP knowledge.
• Experience in sales support or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to internal and external sales teams.
• Handle customer inquiries by phone and email and identify opportunities.
• Prepare and send quotations and follow up on outstanding quotes.
• Arrange site visits for the Field Sales Team.
