Job summary

Flex is seeking a Global Account Manager EMEA to lead direct sales and strategic account growth across the EMEA region from a UK or Ireland base. You will be the main customer contact, manage executive relationships, and drive profitability and operational excellence for multi-site programs.

The role reports to the Global Account Director and involves negotiations, contract renewals, and cross-functional collaboration with Flex teams.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of sales/account management experience.
• Proficiency with Flex sales CRM – Sugar; ViewPoint.

Responsibilities

• Owns direct sales to targeted accounts in the EMEA region.
• Manage executive-level relationships and drive account growth.
• Close commercial negotiations and client pricing changes including cost recovery where applicable.
• Forecasting accuracy and maintaining a healthy Sugar Pipeline.
• Manage contract renewals, changes and site-level programs across multiple locations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and drive cross-site collaboration and best practices.
