&Open, a global gifting platform, seeks an experienced Enterprise Account Manager in Dublin to manage enterprise client relationships, drive growth and renewals, and coordinate gifting programs with internal teams. The role supports clients across Europe and the U.S. with flexible hours for different time zones.

You will collaborate with internal partners, develop long-term strategic plans, and maintain strong communication to ensure client success and revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of relationship management & enterprise sales experience.
• Experience in technology, design or marketing industries.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Excellent communication skills; detailed writers and confident speakers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, driving cross-functional solutions.
• Flexibility to work EST time zone, to support American-based customers.
• A strategic mindset; ability to think long-term for clients and the company.
• A self-starter attitude that works autonomously.

• Manage client accounts and be the primary point of contact for enterprise clients.
• Drive growth by upselling and expanding projects throughout the client lifecycle.
• Project manage corporate gifting programs and onboarding with internal teams.
• Build trust and become a trusted advisor and partner for clients.
• Manage renewals and ensure client objectives are met.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to ongoing projects.
• Communicate product value to new and potential clients.
