Job summary

Flex is seeking a Global Account Manager EMEA to lead direct sales for strategic accounts across the EMEA region from a UK or Ireland base. You will own the customer relationship, drive revenue, and coordinate with Flex teams to deliver end-to-end power and digital infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, renewing engagements, managing forecasts, and building a scalable pipeline across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of sales/account management experience.
• Experience with Sugar CRM and ViewPoint preferred.
• Ability to solve problems and interpret diverse instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct sales of Flex services to targeted accounts in the EMEA region.
• Close commercial negotiations and manage pricing changes.
• Drive renewals and maximize contract value across multi-site programs.
• Maintain forecasting accuracy and grow a Sugar-driven pipeline.
