Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field marketing, ABM, or integrated marketing in a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
• Experience executing a tiered ABM motion: 1:1 for top accounts, 1:few for clusters, and 1:many/ABX for scale.
• Demonstrate focus on pipeline efficiency beyond event volume with cost-effectiveness and measurable outcomes.
• Manage a regional field budget and report pipeline contributions to senior leadership.
• Collaborate across Sales, SDR, and Demand Gen to achieve shared objectives.
• SaaS or B2B technology experience, knowledge of HR tech or employee experience is a plus.
• Present performance data and strategy to senior leadership.
• Residence in the EMEA region with ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Executing the EMEA field marketing strategy as a tiered ABM approach: 1:1 for top accounts, 1:few for clusters, and 1:many for broader segments.
• Building and managing the regional field calendar in collaboration with Sales and SDR leadership, customized to account tier, concentration, and deal stage.
• Owning a pipeline target for the EMEA region, generating and accelerating pipeline across all account levels, and maintaining standards with other demand channels.
• Supporting the strategy and execution of global flagship events, such as Workvivo Engage, as part of the ABX initiative in EMEA.
• Managing the regional field and events budget while ensuring accountability for pipeline efficiency.
• Building and maintaining the transition process with Sales Development and Sales for timely follow-up aligned with engagement level; partnering with Revenue Operations for attribution.
• Executing the playbooks and processes outlined by the Global Lead of Field and Strategic Events and contributing to improvements.
• Representing EMEA field and events performance in regional/global reporting, with pipeline contribution as the focus.
