Cohesity, Inc. in Ireland is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) fluent in German and English to drive awareness and build a robust sales pipeline.

You will identify decision makers, craft multi-channel outreach, and qualify leads to hand off to Account Executives. This foundational sales role emphasizes collaboration with the team, discovery calls, and a proactive approach to learning Cohesity’s platform.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German & English is required or highly preferred.
• 1+ year of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable using CRM and prospecting tools.
• Experience with researching companies, cold calling, emailing, and navigating organizational hierarchies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to build outbound prospect lists.
• Identify key decision-makers in target accounts.
• Create and execute multi-channel outreach sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn).
• Conduct discovery calls to assess needs and introduce Cohesity solutions.
• Respond to inbound leads via multiple channels.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
