Udemy is hiring a Customer Success Specialist (German-speaking) in Dublin, Ireland. In a pooled model, you’ll support a broad, diverse set of customers through structured engagement sessions, value-driven conversations, and proactive outreach to drive retention, adoption, and expansion.

You’ll lead engagement sessions, surface risks and opportunities from analytics, coordinate with Sales, Renewals, Support, and other teams, and keep documentation tight.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German is required.
• Proficiency in Turkish is a plus.
• 1+ years in customer success or related role.
