Job summary

Personio seeks a customer-focused specialist to manage premium accounts and deliver outstanding multi-channel support in German and English. You will guide customers, troubleshoot with Product/Tech, and help maximize value from the platform.

Hybrid role with three days in-office in Berlin, Munich, or Dublin, collaborating across Customer Success, Product, and SME teams to drive customer love and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer support or customer-facing role in a software/SaaS company.
• Fluent in German and English (verbal, written) with ability to simplify complex issues.
• Experience supporting high-value, enterprise or premium customers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the Primary Point of Contact for premium paying customers and build trusted relationships.
• Deliver multi-channel support via live chat, phone, and email.
• Help customers configure and use Personio effectively and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech Support to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base and drive process improvements.
• Use tools like Zendesk, Intercom, and Fullview to deliver excellent support.
