Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a BDR/SDR in SaaS or MarTech.
• Fluent German and English.
• Strong outbound mindset and resilience.
• Coachable, curious, and driven to progress into AE.
• Desire for structure, learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-potential prospects across the DACH market.
• Build pipeline through outbound activity (calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Qualify opportunities and pass them to Account Executives.
• Personalise messaging and continuously test approaches.
• Collaborate closely with AEs on account strategy.
