Zendesk seeks an Associate Success Manager, Onboarding Scaled — German Speaking to guide new customers through early onboarding focused on German-speaking markets. You’ll work across German and English to drive go-live readiness, adoption, and customer success outcomes, coordinating with a range of teams and leveraging digital resources.

You will maintain onboarding plans, track progress, and identify blockers while ensuring high-quality handoffs to post-onboarding teams.

Competenze

Fluency in German and English is required.
Based in or able to work from Dublin, Ireland 2 times a week, according to Zendesk’s local working model.
1–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, Support, or related roles.
Strong customer communication skills and ability to guide customers through next steps.
Ability to manage a high-volume customer portfolio with good organization and prioritization.
Experience with digital engagement tools, CRM systems, and customer success platforms.

Mansioni

Guide newly signed Zendesk customers through the early onboarding journey in German and English.
Build and maintain onboarding Success Plans aligning to customer outcomes and purchased products.
Support customers toward go-live within target onboarding timeframes and identify adoption gaps.
Identify AI readiness and coordinate handoffs to appropriate specialists or resources.
Maintain updates in Gainsight, Salesforce, Gong, and other systems; follow onboarding playbooks and escalation processes.
Prepare customers for transition into post-onboarding CS motion with clear handoff context.
