Job summary

Personio is seeking a Senior Customer Onboarding Specialist (German speaking) to drive the successful adoption of our HR platform for upper mid-market and enterprise customers in the DACH region.

You will guide HR and People teams through complex onboarding, integrations, and change enablement, ensuring strong executive alignment and measurable outcomes. Role requires 3 days in office, with Berlin, Munich or Dublin options.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing role within SaaS/B2B environments.
• Experience onboarding and managing upper mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior leadership influence.
• Strong project/program management skills with multi‑project leadership.
• Ability to translate customer goals into concrete actions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for upper mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Drive product adoption, value realization, and customer retention through best practices.
• Conduct executive and working-level check-ins to align goals and recommendations.
• Manage multiple onboarding programs with risk and dependency tracking.
• Triage issues, coordinate across internal teams, and lead escalations.
