Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking an Associate Success Manager, Onboarding Scaled — German Speaking, to guide new customers through the early onboarding journey.

You will work with German-speaking clients to clarify goals, complete setup milestones, and progress toward go-live with digital resources and human guidance. The role requires strong German and English communication, the ability to manage a high-volume onboarding portfolio, and collaboration across Sales, CS, Support, Services, Ops, and Product

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English required.
• 1–3+ years in Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, Support, or related role.
• Experience with SaaS operations and CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through early onboarding, focusing on German-speaking clients.
• Conduct onboarding kickoff calls and progress reviews in German and English.
• Help customers understand milestones, resources, and next steps.
• Track progress and identify blockers; coordinate with internal teams as needed.
• Move customers toward go-live and early adoption milestones.
• Maintain updates in Gainsight, Salesforce, and other systems.
