Job summary

Personio is seeking a Senior Customer Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding for upper mid-market and enterprise customers across the DACH region, driving adoption and value realization. You will guide HR teams through complex onboarding programs with empathy and deep product knowledge.

Proven experience in managing executive-level relationships, coordinating across Sales, Growth, CS, and Product, and mentoring peers will help you succeed in this hybrid role based in Berlin, Munich, or

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing role in SaaS/B2B environments.
• Proven onboarding/implementation experience with upper mid-market or enterprise clients.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience running multiple concurrent projects with clear communication.
• Understanding of company goals and cross-team collaboration.
• Comfort with product and technical concepts; quick to learn new products.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for upper mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Drive product adoption and customer value realization across stakeholders.
• Conduct executive and working-level check-ins to align goals.
• Manage multiple onboarding programs with scope, timelines, and risks.
• Triage issues and coordinate across internal teams for escalations.
• Build trusted relationships and identify upsell opportunities with Growth and CS.
• Collaborate with Sales, Growth, CS, and Product to improve onboarding and roadmap.
• Mentor new joiners and contribute to onboarding documentation.
