Job summary

Omni is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive (German Speaking) to lead the full sales cycle for our BI platform in the DACH region. You will balance consultative and challenger selling to exceed quotas, working with Solutions Engineering on POCs and value cases for technical buyers.

The role is hybrid in Dublin, with a fully remote option for UK-based candidates. You will excel at building relationships with German and English-speaking stakeholders, leveraging MEDDPICC and established

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years exceeding quota selling SaaS solutions.
• Fluent in German and English (business level in both).
• Creative and strategic thinker with problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to influence technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with MEDDPICC, 3 Whys, Sandler, Command of the Message and other frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle for Omni's BI platform, balancing consultative and challenger approaches.
• Generate new business via outbound and inbound qualification; maintain MEDDPICC discipline and the 3 Whys framework.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering to lead POCs and develop robust business value cases for technical buyers.
• Collaborate with Partners and internal teams to build top-of-funnel pipeline and identify cross-sell/renewal opportunities.
• Maintain visibility for GTM leadership by delivering accurate weekly forecasts from bottom-up and top-down perspectives.
• Localize outreach and messaging for German-speaking prospects to fit DACH market norms.
