Omni is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) who speaks German and English to join our Marketing team in Dublin, Ireland. You will identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, and help shape go-to-market campaigns with urgency.

This hybrid role offers equity options, a collaborative environment with experienced founders, and access to health, dental, and vision coverage along with unlimited PTO.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German and English.
• At least 1 year of experience in business development.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and iterate on ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Become an Omni expert and deeply understand our competitor landscape.
• Drive top of funnel for and with our account executive team. You will run campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels to drive pipeline.
• Accelerate conversion of warm and inactive prospects.
• Craft thoughtful copy that articulates the unique value Omni creates.
• Constantly innovate and push the envelope, moving beyond typical B2B marketing playbooks to unlock scale and ROI.
