Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Account Executive for the DACH region (Swiss German-speaking) or German-French-speaking, based in Ireland. You will own the full B2B sales cycle, prospect, discover, negotiate, close, and onboard customers across borders.

The role demands consultative selling, outbound prospecting, and strong deal management within a remote-first, international team. You will advise founders and HR leaders on workforce solutions, build strategic relationships, qualify opportunities

Qualifications

• 1+ year closing B2B SaaS deals with quota attainment.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Experience with structured qualification like MEDDICC.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close and onboarding.
• Develop relationships with Swiss companies expanding internationally.
• Conduct discovery to understand hiring plans, timelines, and compliance needs.
• Engage stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and executives to demonstrate business value.
