Job summary

nbxTalent is seeking a German-speaking Inside Sales representative to join a Sales-as-a-Service firm serving a major online retailer/wholesaler. You will focus on outbound engagement, upselling existing users, and driving the full sales cycle in a fast-paced environment in Ireland.

You should have 3+ years of quota-driven sales experience, fluency in German and English, and strong communication skills. The role offers a base salary of 40,000 EUR plus 7,000 EUR OTE and includes day-one healthcare

Qualifications

3+ years proven sales attainment in a quota-driven environment.
Exposure to direct sales; telesales or B2B sales experience preferred.
Fluency in German and English (read, write & speak).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone presence.
Self-motivated with strong teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Get in touch with existing clients and upsell / upgrade the product from pre-existing leads.
Engage in solutions-based conversations to influence customers.
Maintain knowledge of client products and services.
Use CRM and relationship tools to manage sales pipelines.
Drive outbound engagement and full sales cycle traction.
