Keeper Security is hiring a driven, bilingual (German) Customer Success Manager to join their B2B sales team. This hybrid position is for candidates living near Cork, Ireland, or can be fully remote for others. You'll manage a portfolio of customers, driving value and ensuring contract renewals while fostering strong relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success roles.
• Strong technical knowledge as it pertains to software integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells and upsells.
• Provide strong interactions with customers at the Senior Management level.
• Proactively manage the success of a portfolio of assigned Keeper Security customers.
