Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland seeks a Senior Business Analyst with General Insurance background for a 12-month contract. You will lead business-process analysis across departments, run workshops, gather requirements, and map processes with Visio. You’ll coordinate with PMs, support testing cycles (UAT/functional), and ensure business needs align with technical solutions.

The role demands 5+ years as a BA in regulated environments and GI domain expertise, plus a strong change-management mindset.

Qualifications

5+ years’ BA experience in regulated or complex environments.
GI domain knowledge including GI products, distribution/broker channels, underwriting, policy admin and servicing.
Experience in process mapping with Visio or similar tools.
Background in process improvements.
Exposure to project delivery cycles with coordination/management activities.
Hands-on testing support including UAT and functional testing.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis and documentation of business processes across departments.
Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements.
Produce process maps using industry-standard tools.
Collaborate with project managers to support planning, reporting and coordination.
Support testing by developing test cases and assisting in execution and defect tracking.
Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Assist in change management and training materials preparation.
