Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is helping a leading Irish Life & Pensions organisation hire an IT Test Analyst for a 6-month contract, with a multi-year potential, based in Dublin and offering up to 80% remote work.

You’ll own end-to-end testing across requirements, design, execution and release, collaborating closely with BAs, developers and other testers. Insurance/Life & Pensions experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Test Analyst within the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

• Own testing end-to-end, from requirements and test design through to release.
• Create test cases, execute testing and manage regression activities.
• Identify, investigate and manage defects through to resolution.
• Assess risks and business impact, providing clear updates to key stakeholders.

A leading Irish Life & Pensions organisation is embarking on a multi-year transformation programme, modernising core systems, evolving critical business platforms and delivering new products and services across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-sufficient IT Test Analyst with strong Insurance and Life & Pensions experience to join an established technology team and play a key role in delivering business-critical system change.

You’ll work closely with Business Analysts, Developers and Testers, taking ownership across the full testing lifecycle and helping ensure quality from requirements through to release.

With a significant pipeline of transformation and product initiatives ahead, this role offers the chance to take on new challenges, broaden your experience and play a key part in shaping the quality of major technology change within a leading Irish financial services organisation.
