Job summary

eir business talent is looking for an experienced Senior Process Business Analyst for an initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite attendance 3 days per week in Ireland.

The analyst will map large, complex business processes, engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, and translate process maps into detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria. The role reports to the Senior Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Process Analyst on large-scale projects.
• Strong expertise in BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, and value stream mapping.
• Proven ability to lead workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience translating process maps into business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Discover and document existing business processes using multiple techniques.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain process maps using BPMN and standard methodologies.
• Elicit, define and prioritise detailed business requirements.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis and translate findings into functional/non-functional requirements.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance and regulatory requirements.
• Support change management and adoption of solutions.
