Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland is seeking a Senior Project Manager from the General Insurance sector to lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation and closure.

You will work with our programme manager on an existing Broker and UW Application build, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal and external teams to deliver innovative application solutions for brokers, customers, and underwriters.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering IT-enabled change and deployments.
• Strong ability to document and optimize processes using BPMN/UML.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across business, technology and change teams.
• Define project scope, objectives and delivery plans aligned to business priorities.
• Manage governance, reporting and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Own project budgets and ensure effective cost control.
• Coordinate and manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
• Provide clear, concise status updates to project teams and senior leadership.
• Ensure project deliverables are reviewed, approved and signed off.
