Diver5ify is partnering with a major Irish transformation programme in Dublin to recruit a Senior Process Business Analyst on a 6-month contract with potential extension. The role focuses on current-state process mapping, requirements elicitation, and shaping future capabilities for a large, multi-divisional operation.

You will run workshops with various stakeholders, build BPMN models, and translate findings into practical requirements aligned with regulatory and architecture standards.

Qualificações

• 5+ years as a Business Process Analyst on large-scale projects in complex environments.
• Proven ability to map detailed current state processes and transform into requirements.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Solid knowledge of BPMN, Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to translate findings into practical recommendations and designs.

Responsabilidades

• Uncovering and documenting current-state business processes across large, complex areas.
• Running workshops, interviews and engagement sessions with stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining process models to BPMN standards.
• Eliciting, defining and prioritising detailed business requirements.
• Spotting inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, including process fixes.
• Carrying out root cause analysis and translating needs into functional/non-functional requirements.
• Ensuring requirements align with enterprise architecture, IT security, data governance.
• Supporting change management and adoption across the organisation.
