Job summary

Diver5ify is partnering with a major Irish transformation programme in Dublin to recruit a Senior Process Business Analyst on a 6-month contract with potential extension. The role focuses on current-state process mapping, requirements elicitation, and shaping future capabilities for a large, multi-divisional operation.

You will run workshops with various stakeholders, build BPMN models, and translate findings into practical requirements aligned with regulatory and architecture standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Process Analyst on large-scale projects in complex environments.
• Proven ability to map detailed current state processes and transform into requirements.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Solid knowledge of BPMN, Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to translate findings into practical recommendations and designs.

Responsibilities

• Uncovering and documenting current-state business processes across large, complex areas.

Senior Process Business Analyst – Contract | Dublin

6 months initial + strong potential to extend a further 6 months

Diver5ify is partnering with a large, complex Irish organisation operating critical national infrastructure to find an experienced Senior Process Business Analyst for a major transformation programme.

You'll join a customer-facing technology delivery function that supports a wide range of business divisions. Your focus is understanding how a large, multi-faceted operation works today, mapping it in detail, and turning that into clear requirements that shape what comes next. You'll report into a Senior Project Manager.

What you'll be doing

• Uncovering and documenting current-state business processes across large, complex business areas


• Running workshops, interviews and engagement sessions with a wide mix of internal and external stakeholders


• Building and maintaining process models to recognised standards such as BPMN


• Eliciting, defining and prioritising detailed business requirements


• Spotting inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, including purely process-based fixes


• Carrying out root cause analysis and translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements


• Ensuring requirements align with enterprise architecture, IT security, data governance and regulatory needs


• Supporting change management and adoption across the organisation

What you'll bring

• 5+ years as a Business Process Analyst on large-scale projects in complex operational and technical environments


• A strong track record in detailed, complex process mapping and business transformation


• Solid working knowledge of BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping or similar methods


• Confidence leading workshops and engaging stakeholders at every level


• Strong requirements gathering and analysis skills, with the ability to turn findings into practical recommendations


• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a highly organised, detail-focused approach


• Business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile (SAFe, Scrum) certification is a plus
