Job summary

eir business talent is looking for an experienced Senior Process Business Analyst for an initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite attendance 3 days per week in Ireland.

The analyst will map large, complex business processes, engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, and translate process maps into detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria. The role reports to the Senior Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Process Analyst on large-scale projects.
• Strong expertise in BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, and value stream mapping.
• Proven ability to lead workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience translating process maps into business requirements.

eir business talent is looking to hire an experienced Senior Process Business Analyst for an initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite attendance 3 days per week. Within this role the Business Process Analyst will be responsible for process mapping large complex business areas and will engage with a significant number of different stakeholders both internally and externally. They will then use those process maps to identify business needs and requirements. The Senior Business Analyst will report to the Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and document existing business processes using a variety of techniques and approaches.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to map out the current As Is process landscape.
• Develop and maintain process maps using recognised methodologies and modelling standards (e.g. BPMN).
• Elicit, define and prioritise detailed business requirements.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement that may be purely processed based.
• Perform root cause analysis of problems identified within the As Is process landscape and work closely with business users to identify and translate their needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements
• Ensure alignment with broader functional and technical requirements, such as Enterprise Solution Architecture, IT Security, data governance and regulatory requirements.
• Support change management and adoption of solutions across the organisation.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Process Analyst working on large scale projects in a complex operational and technical environment.
• Extensive proven experience in complex business process mapping.
• Extensive experience in business process analysis, process mapping and business transformation.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping or other process improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead/facilitate workshops and experience with engaging stakeholders at all organisational levels.
• Experience analysing complex business processes and translating findings into practical recommendations.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile (e.g. SAFe, Scrum) desirable

Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp1G Spousal, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
