Job summary

Hadfield Green is seeking an experienced Senior Process Business Analyst to support a major business transformation programme within a large, complex organisation. The role focuses on process discovery, mapping and delivering practical improvements.

The Senior Process Business Analyst will lead end-to-end mapping, run discovery workshops with diverse stakeholders, and translate findings into detailed requirements, working across business and technology teams in Dublin on a hybrid basis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Business Process Analysis within large, complex organisations.
• Strong experience in complex process mapping and As-Is / To-Be analysis.
• Knowledge of BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping or similar methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability.
• Experience identifying process improvements and translating them into practical recommendations.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Dublin | Hybrid – 3 days onsite

Initial 6-month contract with potential extension

Hadfield Green is seeking an experienced Senior Process Business Analyst to support a major business transformation programme within a large, complex organisation.

This is a genuinely process-focused BA role. We are looking for someone who can get under the skin of how an organisation operates, map complex end-to-end processes, identify what isn't working and help shape better ways of working.

The role will involve:

• Leading complex end-to-end business process mapping
• Running discovery workshops and interviews with a broad range of stakeholders
• Mapping As-Is processes and helping define improved future-state processes
• Developing process maps using recognised standards such as BPMN
• Identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies and root causes
• Translating process findings and business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements
• Working across business and technology stakeholders
• Supporting wider process improvement, transformation and change

What we're looking for:

This is not a traditional IT BA assignment primarily focused on Jira, user stories and software delivery. The emphasis is on business process discovery, mapping, analysis and transformation.

The successful candidate must be able to work onsite in Dublin 3 days per week.
