Job summary

Gilligan Black Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Fundraising Administrator for a 3‑month assignment in Dublin 1. The role pays €18.87 per hour and reports to the Fundraising Officer.

You will handle donor inquiries by phone and email, process donations, and maintain accurate donor records, ensuring GDPR-aligned CRM usage and timely acknowledgements. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of admin experience, ideally within charity/fundraising.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of administrative experience.
• Experience in a charity or fundraising environment preferred.
• Strong Excel and Word skills; CRM experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for donors by phone and email.
• Process and track donations and ensure timely acknowledgements.
• Prepare donation and income reports for the team.
• Maintain the CRM in line with GDPR requirements.
• Provide general administrative support to the fundraising department.
• Assist with donor queries and ensure excellent donor care.
