Job summary

Lex Consultancy in Dublin is seeking a Fundraising Executive on a temporary basis with potential to go permanent. The role supports the fundraising team, coordinating campaigns, donor follow-ups and data management.

The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organised and capable of working independently, with strong communication and stakeholder relations skills. Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.

Hybrid work: 2 days onsite (Dublin 1) and 3 days remote. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fundraising administration is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident working independently and managing competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM/database systems such as Raiser's Edge, Salesforce or HubSpot would be an advantage.

Salary: €35,000–€39,000
Location: Dublin 1
Contract: Temporary, with potential to become permanent
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote

We are currently recruiting for a Fundraising Executive to join a busy fundraising team on a temporary basis, with potential for the role to become permanent.

This is a varied role suited to someone who is proactive, organised and confident working autonomously, supporting the smooth running of fundraising campaigns and activities.
