Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financials of the restaurant.
• Ensure we surpass customers’ expectations.
• Manage stock levels.

• Promote the restaurant brand.
• Liaise with the operations team on a daily basis.
• Liaise with the reservations department on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with key clients to ensure seamless reservations/events.
