Job summary

Anthropic, a leading AI safety company, is hiring a Startup Account Executive to drive frontier AI adoption across the EMEA region. You will secure strategic deals, educate customers about LLMs, and own the full sales cycle from outbound to launch.

You’ll collaborate with GTM, product, and marketing to refine our value proposition, expand our regional presence, and translate market insights into tailored solutions that differentiate Anthropic in a dynamic startup ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sales experience with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
• Experience selling to technical stakeholders and securing strategic deals.
• Proven ability as a strategic business advisor to startups and founders.
• History of negotiating complex commercial agreements with multiple stakeholders.
• Consistent over-achievement of quota in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic across EMEA.
• Design and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quotas.
• Spearhead market expansion by identifying new segments and use cases.
• Inform product roadmaps by gathering customer feedback and market needs.
• Help define regional GTM operations and sales playbooks.
