Anthropic is seeking a founding Startup Account Executive in EMEA to pioneer adoption of frontier AI across the region. You will own the full sales cycle from outbound to launch, build Anthropic's presence, and collaborate with GTM, product, and marketing teams to refine our value proposition and market positioning.

The ideal candidate combines 5+ years of technical sales experience with a consultative approach, strong communication, and a passion for advancing safe AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sales experience with a proven track record in driving adoption of emerging technologies.
• Experience selling to executives and stakeholders in complex B2B environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
• Ability to inform product roadmaps with customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic in EMEA.
• Design and execute innovative sales strategies to meet quotas and translate plans into activities.
• Spearhead market expansion by identifying new segments and use cases.
• Collaborate with GTM, product, and marketing to differentiate offerings.
