Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Startup Account Executive in EMEA to pioneer adoption of frontier AI across the region. You will secure strategic deals with fast-growing tech companies, educate them about LLMs, and own the full sales cycle from outbound to launch.

As an early member of our EMEA sales team, you will help establish Anthropic's commercial foundation while advancing ethical AI development, collaborating with GTM, product, and marketing to refine our value proposition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sales experience in B2B tech.
• Experience selling to startups and large tech companies in EMEA.
• Ability to educate customers about AI capabilities and value.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic. Find the right people at prospective customers, educate them about LLMs, and own the full sales cycle from outbound to launch.
• Design and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed quotas; analyze markets to translate plans into activities.
• Spearhead market expansion by identifying new customer segments and use cases with cross-functional collaboration.
• Inform product roadmaps by gathering feedback and conveying market needs to strengthen value proposition.
• Help define regional GTM operations and sales methodologies with playbooks and best practices.
