3D Personnel is recruiting an experienced Front Office Manager for a well-established hotel in Galway. You will oversee the Front Office operation, lead a dedicated team, and ensure guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience.

You will work with senior management and other departments to drive guest satisfaction, maximize revenue, and maintain high service standards. This is a hands-on management role requiring strong leadership, English fluency, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as Front Office Manager or similar hotel leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
• Organised, with strong time-management and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of hotel revenue and budgeting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Front Office team on a daily basis.
• Maintain exceptional guest service standards at all times.
• Oversee check-in and check-out processes for a smooth guest experience.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping and other departments.
• Monitor guest and booking information in hotel systems.
• Respond to guest feedback and drive improvements.
• Support revenue initiatives and occupancy strategies.
• Prepare reports and monitor performance metrics.
• Recruit, train, and develop Front Office staff.
• Provide Duty Manager coverage when required.
