Dean Group, an established hospitality group in Ireland, is seeking a Front Office Receptionist for The Devlin Hotel, Ranelagh. You will be the first and last contact for guests, delivering exceptional service and local knowledge.

Ideal candidates will have front desk experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Opera PMS in a fast-paced hotel environment, while upholding safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience in a hotel reception/front desk role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Opera PMS or similar PMS systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and professionally at arrival and during their stay.
• Handle check-in/check-out procedures using Opera PMS.
• Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and F&B to meet guest needs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and accessibility standards in public areas.
