Qualifications

• Hotel receptionist experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Opera PMS.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally at arrival and during their stay.
• Check-in and check-out using Opera PMS.
• Anticipate guest needs with personalised service.
• Assist with luggage, bookings, directions, and local recommendations.
• Respond promptly to enquiries in person, by phone or email.
• Maintain reception and public areas in a welcoming condition.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and accessibility of guest areas.
