Job summary

• Based in Ireland and able to attend regular office presence in Dublin.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Autodesk customers have access to software products and troubleshoot access issues.
• Communicate with customers/partners via phone, chat and email.
• Respond to support needs including order processing, license fulfilment and sign-in issues.
• Provide information on Autodesk Account features and conduct training sessions.
• Create and modify content in knowledge bases and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
