Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager for Marketing Cloud, fluent in French and English, to partner with enterprise customers and accelerate value realization. You will be aligned with specific LoBs or industries, speak the customer language, and drive adoption and outcomes across Salesforce Clouds.

The role requires deep product knowledge, executive engagement, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments to deliver strategic business impact.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant industry experience.
• In-depth knowledge of one or more LoBs - cloud or industry.
• Strong consulting skills and ability to act as Trusted Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Apply Customer Success Methodology to understand goals and provide recommendations.
• Understand customers' Salesforce implementations and advocate platform capabilities.
• Guide customers on governance and organizational change processes.
• Demonstrate Salesforce product knowledge in line with customer priorities and roadmap.
• Identify risks to business goals and partner with account team to mitigate them.
• Create adoption paths with current and target states and timelines.
