Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce/Data Cloud Success Architect to drive outcomes for strategic customers by leveraging data and analytics. You will unify data across touchpoints, enabling AI-driven marketing and real-time decision-making, and you will support hyper-personalised experiences while boosting ROI.

In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams, mentor peers, and influence executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing CDP/AI projects within a Customer Success context.
• Ability to guide customers through complex AI/Data implementations with clear technical direction.
• Strong data modelling, integration, and governance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into tangible business value and ROI.
• Awareness of AI and data industry trends.
• Proactive, self-starting, and capable of remote collaboration with clients.
• Commitment to Data Ethics and Privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted subject-matter expert for Agentforce/Data Cloud within the Success Architect org.
• Engage with Signature/Strategic customers to evaluate optimisation strategies for architecture, dev/ops, performance.
• Identify capability gaps and design creative Architect solutions through customisation.
• Facilitate discussions with executives, aligning tech strategy to business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the engagement catalog for Agentforce/Data Cloud.
• Build strong relationships with internal/external partners to support growth.
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
