Job summary

Panametrics is seeking an on-site Customer Support specialist in Shannon, Ireland. You will provide multi-channel support to Sales, Service, Distributors, Dealers, Direct Customers and OEMs, coordinating shipments and resolving invoicing issues.

You will work with Sales, Inside Sales and technical support to address problems, enter data accurately, and participate in process improvements to prevent recurrence. Fluency in French is required for written and spoken communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar field would be an advantage.
• Direct customer interaction is mandatory.
• Fluent in French, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone, email and web support for Sales, Service, Distributors, Dealers, Direct Customers and OEMs.
• Coordinate shipments, returns and material movements; track issues through the resolution tool.
• Enter customer data, orders, agreements and invoices accurately; maintain Customer Master Data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Inside Sales and technical support to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Interface with Supply Chain & Engineering to coordinate shipments meeting customer requirements.
