Job summary

Collins McNicholas Recruitment in Shannon, Co Clare, Ireland, is seeking a Customer Care Representative (French Speaking) to join an onsite team. You will support order management, inside sales administration, and customer service, acting as a key contact for pre- and after-sales support.

Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Engineering and Technical Support to ensure excellent service and smooth processes. Fluent French and English are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or similar support role is advantageous.
• Experience dealing directly with customers is essential.
• Fluent French and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Additional European language skills would be beneficial.
• Basic technical understanding is desirable.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone, email, and web-based support to customers, distributors, dealers, and internal teams regarding: Order status updates, Lead times, Shipments and delivery tracking, Return authorizations, Customer issue resolution
• Manage allocated customer accounts and regional support responsibilities.
• Support resolution of invoicing and account-related queries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and improve business processes.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Engineering teams to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Assist with returns, repairs, restocking, and service coordination.
• Accurately process and maintain customer information, sales orders, invoices, agreements, and registrations.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives.
