Job summary

Cardinal Health in Dublin seeks a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and French to support customers across Europe. Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a Customer Service / Order Management role.
• SAP knowledge and familiarity with order management processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily processing of orders in an accurate manner.
• Responding to customer queries via email and telephone in a timely manner.
• Resolving order, shipping, returns, credits & invoice queries.
• Dealing with customer complaints and escalating as appropriate.
• Reviewing daily reports for customer allocations and ensures shipment aligns with lead times.
• Identify and communicate resolutions to order delays and product availability.
