Job summary

Natus Sensory Inc. in Gort, Co. Galway, Ireland, is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support international customer service operations.

You will manage the customer service inbox, process orders, respond to inquiries, coordinate with sales and shipping, and help ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards. The role requires 1–3 years in customer service, fluent French, experience in manufacturing or medical devices preferred, and strong Excel/PowerPoint

Qualifications

• French language skills required.
• A minimum of one to three years related experience in Customer Service.
• Previous experience in manufacturing and/or in the medical device and/or pharma industry preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, management and cross-functionally for positive customer outcome.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, make good decisions, and pay close attention to details.
• Exceptional computers skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Work independently while performing each essential duty with minimal supervision.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, sales and other internal departments, ability to network and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers.
• Manage the customer service inbox by responding to customer purchase orders and inquiries, international sales inquiries, and requests from other departments.
• Enter and process customer orders in accordance with established procedures.
• Answer calls in adherence to KPI outlines for Customer Service.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Shipping, Manufacturing, RA/QA & Finance to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Review ERP reports daily to ensure timely delivery and inform customers of delays.
• Process RMAs and customer complaints per departmental procedures.
• Complete work within timelines set by the International Customer Service Manager.
• Provide temporary support in other CS territories when peak demand requires.
