Salesforce, serving as the #1 AI CRM, seeks a Business Development Representative in our Dublin hub to drive growth in the Middle East. You will generate and qualify opportunities, collaborate with Account Executives, and advance the Sales AI platform across new and existing accounts.

The role requires fluency in Arabic and English, a hybrid Dublin location, and visa support if needed. This is a high-visibility part of our global Sales org with strong promotion pathways.

Qualifications

Quota-carrying sales success in a B2B environment.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven role.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Experience in business development or client-facing roles.
Fluency in Arabic and English required.
Eligible to work in Ireland (visa support provided).

Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Collaborate with Account Executives to develop territory strategies.
Engage decision-makers via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
Perform market intelligence to identify customer challenges Salesforce can solve.
