Focal Fact in Dublin seeks full-time Associates fluent in French to join a fast-growing expert network. You will proactively reach out to industry experts via LinkedIn and other channels, articulate value propositions, negotiate terms, and manage client accounts while expanding the company’s global expert network.

The role suits ambitious, energetic professionals with outbound outreach experience who want to kick start their careers and learn key business skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of commercial, lead generation, business development or recruiting experience is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or master's from a university (preferred).
• Fluency or professional use of French is a big plus.
• Basic knowledge of generating leads using LinkedIn and other media sources.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office solutions (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Proactive outbound outreach via LinkedIn or other social media channels to industry experts.
• Marketing and articulating value proposition to external stakeholders.
• Negotiation of commercial terms with external stakeholders.
• Clients account management.
• Expanding the network of experts for the company.
