Job summary

Focal Fact is seeking full-time Associates with German language in Dublin to join our expanding team. You will develop our network of experts through proactive outreach, onboard top professionals, and manage client-facing relationships on global projects.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years' experience in commercial roles or recruiting, a degree, and German language proficiency; familiarity with LinkedIn and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of similar commercial, lead generation, business development or recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or master's from a university (preferred).
• Fluency or professional use of German is a big plus.
• Basic knowledge of generating leads using LinkedIn and other media sources.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office solutions (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Proactive outbound outreach via LinkedIn or other social media channels to industry experts
• Marketing and articulating value proposition to external stakeholders
• Negotiation of commercial terms with external stakeholders
